- "Speak No Evil" @ Mark's Caribbean Cuisine on the corner of Dean/University next to Pounders. Hosted by not 1, not 2, but 3 folks: Terance Jones, Cameron Hopewell & Leslie Walker. You can sign up and hit the stage anytime between 8-11:30 p.m.

FRI:

-Patrick Scott Barnes has got a brand new bag, co-hosting Music and the Word! They're doin' it every Friday night starting 9 @ Uncle Lou's(right across from Wally's on Mills Ave.)

It's open mike poetry, jams, whatever you can get throw up there. If
you've ever been to Speakeasy, this WILL be your gig.

SAT:

- Poetry Open-Mic @ "Ital Touths Rastaraunt" (5045 Silver Star Rd, Orlando) Starts @ 8 p.m. This is a newer joint on the other side you can check out @ http://www.italyouths.com/index.html

SUN:

- Looking for a Love Jones kind of vibe...Rod Z hosts what you're looking for. This place has the biggest crowds for poetry in Orlando. "Poetry open-mic and Jazz" @ the AKA Lounge (68 E Pine St, Orlando) starting @ 9pm on Pine Street, downtown. $7, and dress right. Check it out HERE
